La Forcell offers free standard shipping (via FedEx or USPS) on purchases with a subtotal of $50 and over, after any promotions and discounts are applied. There will be a charge of $6.95 for standard shipping (via FedEx or USPS) on purchases with a subtotal of less than $50, and you can always expedite your orders from the shipping options when you check out.

La Forcell makes every attempt to deliver your order to meet your time line. It mostly takes about 2~7 business days with standard shipping, but you can always expedite your orders from the shipping options when you check.

Orders placed on late Friday, Saturday, Sunday and major Holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

We will have to collect sales tax in accordance with tax laws and regulations mandated by each state.  Sales tax, if any, will be reflected in your cart at checkout.

La Forcell currently doesn’t offer international shipping, but we are working to make it available soon.

At La Forcell our main goal is your complete satisfaction, so purchasing is easy and fully transparent. We offer an “Easy Return Policy” wherein you can request to return a product within (15) workdays of its delivery. Yes, you can check the status of your order including tracking when you login your account – You will need to register to check the status of your order by the time of your purchase or prior to.

You don’t need to login to place your order, but you will receive several benefits of being our member when you purchase at our online store such as saving shipping address, tracking your order, special discount, etc.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and when we ship it. If you don’t receive the emails from us there could be several possible reasons. Please check if your email address listed is correct for registered members. Otherwise, feel free to contact us.

Your cancellation of your order will be accepted and processed only before our shipment. Please note that your order will be arranged and shipped within 24 hours of receipt or on the following business day if placed on Sat., Sun. and Holidays. If your package is already shipped by the time of your cancel request, please process your returning after it is delivered to you.
